The SHIPT project focused on redesigning the website for a same-day delivery service to address user pain points in online grocery shopping. Key challenges included finding available delivery slots, receiving timely notifications about out-of-stock items, and improving communication with shoppers.

Through user research and iterative design, the team introduced solutions such as a dropdown menu for delivery time selection, a prominent "Buy Again" feature for quick reordering, and an enhanced live chat for better customer support. Usability testing refined these features, ensuring a smoother shopping experience. Future steps involve refining delivery time management, improving the live chat interface, and adding quick view options for reordered items.
